Refund policy


All Jewelry Sales are final. (Sorry, no returns/exchanges if you change your mind).  

If any items are missing or defective upon receipt, please notify Josie (josiegotbling@yahoo.com) within two business days of confirmation of delivery.

Returns 

Returns are only accepted on MANUFACTURER DEFECTS. There are times when small pieces of the jewelry may be loose (i.e. jump rings,  loose stone, etc.) and only need a minor adjustment or a dot of glue (we recommend Gorilla Glue Gel). These are NOT manufacturer defects and are INELIGIBLE for return. 

If a manufacturer defect is determined after a picture is sent and reviewed by our staff, a credit for the same or different item if the item in question is out of stock, will be issued. 

SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations 
Orders may be cancelled if a request to do so is submitted and acknowledged by us BEFORE the item is shipped. We try to process orders quickly, so your best chance of canceling your order is by contacting us within one hour of placing the  order. Orders marked as "Shipped" cannot be cancelled. 

In the event that the customer requests to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, the order is subject to a $10 restocking fee. 

Items that have been used or worn, no longer have the original tags, were ordered in error or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return.  Also, if more than three business days have passed since your order was confirmed as delivered, your item is no longer eligible for a return or credit.
