Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Orders will be shipped no later than the following Saturday after they have been placed. If you also have a bin started with me for the week, you will not be charged a second shipping fee with your invoice, provided it is paid on time per my invoicing policy. Please let me know in the instructions box if you would like me to hold it so you can continue shopping for the week, otherwise, your order will be processed within 48 hours. Orders are not shipped or processed during Sundays and Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We charge a flat rate of $5.50 on orders under $100. Orders over $100 ship FREE!

Please Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Josie Got Bling ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Josie Got Bling is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Josi Got Bling is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. and its territories.
